Utilizing technologies such as optical character recognition, natural language processing, robotic process automation, e-signature, and video identification, we built a platform that completely digitalized the paper-based export finance processes allowing banks and SMEs to request and monitor loans in their online dashboards.

I worked with the development teams to optimize user uptake and conversion on the existing D2C loan products while designing and launching the POS product (integrated with one of the largest eCommerce sites in Eastern Europe).
