I worked as the lead business analyst in charge of the IBOR transition for BMO Harris Bank. This project included performing a Loan IQ upgrade from version 7.5.1.1 HF8 to 7.5.1.4 HF6. I also completed the POC for the Finastra ARR calculator regarding the interest calculation method: simple ARR, compounded in arrears, and daily rate with compounding. This involved raising any defects found with Finastra. In addition, my role involved analyzing the impact on various existing core Loan IQ modules for billing, notices, pricing changes for the credit spread adjustment, and UI changes.

I delivered a user desktop application for BMO that centralizes the daily operational work for all LOBs, increasing BMO's operational efficiency. The app centralizes daily transaction processing, exceptions, and workflow management. I also led QA activities for conversion testing, including downstream regressing testing. Around 3,000 users employ this tool effectively to manage portfolios, including loan servicing analysts and relationship managers.
