CONTRIBUTIONS
• Managed an initiative to migrate the platform to a new flexible authorization system.
• Led a massive effort over a year to migrate the platform from a monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a new technical stack consisting of React and GraphQL. This effort aligned with SOA while also overhauling the visual style and UI elements to match unified brand guidelines and make it a better UX for the users. I coordinated four engineering teams dedicated to the initiative, each led by a separate technical product manager.
• Collaborated in research activities intended to make it possible for the company to provide customers with new services with a different operational structure compared to existing offerings.
