  • Worked closely with the engineering team to facilitate the transition to the new platform.

Chief Product Officer

2014 - 2018
Seiitra
  • Managed the flagship product of Seiitra, the largest real estate software company in France.
  • Defined and implemented the new generation of a real estate management solution for our customers, real estate agencies, both large and small.
  • Constructed from the ground up a team of ten product managers, two product designers, and one tech writer; this included recruiting and training them (a mix of insiders with real estate expertise and external product managers with product management expertise).
  • Built the product strategy and vision that drew upon my insights (garnered from listening to customers, researching and understanding the real estate market trends, and examining the competition).
  • Established a design-thinking methodology with customer onsite visits, customer interviews, holding story-mapping workshops with customers, and customer-tested mockups.

Project History

Complete Redesign of Real Estate Agency Management Software

http://www.seiitra.com

Led the complete redesign from the ground up of a new generation of real estate agency management—from a legacy system to state-of-the-art, user-friendly SaaS software.

When I joined the company, the software sold to real estate agencies was 20 years old and built on obsolete technologies. I led the complete redesign of the system, from the vision to a 3-year roadmap. I also built the product management team from zero to ten people in two years.
