- Led the Agile transformation for the digital center with more than 200 people for the leading bank in Morocco by defining and implementing a vision with the top management and a transformation backlog to implement it successfully.
- Coached a team of 15 people and delivered a critical core banking project within four months, allowing the creation of a bank account remotely using electronic signature and facial recognition.
