Developed business intelligence using Python, ChatGPT, Power BI, and Jira REST APIs in the implementation of the Power BI dashboard of Agile metrics, which was adopted initially in a few teams and eventually organization-wide.

Frequent Software Deliveries for an Australian Banking Platform

Guided the team in frequently delivering new features, supported and maintained good relationships with clients, and helped the Scrum team become more self-managed in their quest for a predictable and sustainable pace.

Worked with a support and feature team of around 15 developers to create an Australian banking platform, with users of varying access levels and views managing their information. The team included engineers, QAs, a product owner, and a business analyst.

Role-playing Game Agile Workshop

Developed and delivered this gamified training approach to multiple batches of participants, which allowed the simulation of Scrum and was observed to increase learning and retention.

A portion of a whole-day training approach, with the first half conceptual and the second half practical learning, including a designed pre-test and post-test with a Likert scale to evaluate the workshop's impact.

In their Agile methodology adoption, a set of cards containing an image, a description, and either a metaphor or analogy was used as a scrum master tool in coaching teams and individuals. The first is a teaching set, and the second is a coaching one.
