The InvestorLine self-directed application is a sophisticated online trading platform granting users access to invest in various financial instruments, including stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs. This powerful tool arms self-directed clients with research, insights, and resources, instilling confidence in their trading decisions.

It combines the autonomy of self-directed investing with the added value of personalized advice and support, offering clients a unique and versatile investment experience.

With a robust team of 98 members, including seven agile teams and various extended teams, this initiative exemplified a high-profile endeavor. My role encompassed the full spectrum, from identifying opportunities and product discovery to MVP development and orchestrating both onshore and offshore teams. I conducted workshops and provided agile leadership to our team's product owners and change agents within the wealth management line of business.

This endeavor required close collaboration with fellow teams, delivery and technology leaders, and stakeholders from diverse lines of business and business partners. It's been a truly transformative and collaborative journey.
