Developed a comprehensive intake process for new initiatives, ensuring a clear pathway from concept to execution. Designed specific 'jobs to be done' for each phase, meticulously detailing the necessary tasks, resources, and key stakeholders involved. This structured approach streamlined the process and fostered collaboration, ensuring that all relevant parties were engaged at the appropriate stages. The process became more efficient by aligning objectives with actionable steps, reducing bottlenecks and accelerating project timelines.
