Chatbot 1.0

Launched the 1st version of a chatbot for the client.

I managed a 10-member team, including developers, architects, quality assurance, and business analysts. The team developed a chatbot from scratch, which saved approximately 35% of the human time used for assistance.

Oracle Version Upgrade

Upgraded the legacy Oracle version for the client, addressing critical blockers to their main activities, as the old version lacked support for key functionalities.

I collaborated with two teams, each with 12 resources, to devise a seamless working schedule that minimally disrupted client activities. Considering the magnitude of the upgrade, the implementation required a considerable time investment. I completed all upgrades within the pre-determined schedule, building a collaborative partnership with the client.

ServiceNow | Microsoft Teams Integration

Managed and launched several releases into the integration of Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow.

I led a team of over 16 people, including developers, quality engineers, a product owner, and a technical SME. I successfully launched four different integration versions between Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow. This allowed the agents to have all the needed information about the tickets they were being asked to assist with. Using the SAFe methodology, we completed more than four PIs and over 10 releases to production.
