Project Manager on the "Know My PT6" Mobile App

Acted as the Agile project manager for the first mobile app developed and published in both app stores for Pratt & Whitney clients.

I managed a team of five mobile app developers, three testers, one analyst, and one architect for this eight-month project. We were supposed to develop and launch this app in a six-month window before an important trade show for P&WC clients. This mobile app presents valuable maintenance information for PT6 engine pilots, owners, and maintainers.
