Migrated the clients from two different e-learning platforms successfully in less than eight months.

I performed the following tasks on this project:
• Managed teams of developers, solution architects, implementation consultants, and a solution architect located in opposite time zones—from Malaysia to the US.
• Defined the scope and requirements individually for each customer, working directly with the e-learning team of each of those ten enterprises. The clients were from Australia, Europe, and the US.
• Identified the blockers and worked with different development and support teams to remove them.
• Improved communication with the customers and the visibility of the project to different stakeholders.

TecMinho and AML Academy

Managed an online MOOC platform project for the Lisbon public administration from the idea to the MVP deployment.

As the product owner in the scrum team that developed the platform, I worked with different stakeholders on gathering requirements, making estimations, and building delivery plans according to the best practices of the MOOC's lifecycle.

My contributions to this project also included the following:
• Identified market opportunities and planned and executed the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Supported the TecMinho organization in adopting LMS and CMS platforms using instructional design practices that better fit their end users.
• Defined the MVP for the AML Academy according to their needs.
• Documented the functional requirements in user stories for the product backlog.
• Managed the product backlog and participated in all scrum events.

Beolab Academy

Launched the MOOC platform's successful MVP after managing its end-to-end software development lifecycle.
