Chatbot to Support an E-learning Platform
Led the successful development of a chatbot solution for an e-learning platform.
• Managed the discovery process until the MVP and product backlog definition.
• Defined the product vision and broke it into smaller and incremental deliverables.

• Interacted with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements-gathering sessions.

Project Manager for E-learning Client Migrations
Migrated the clients from two different e-learning platforms successfully in less than eight months.
• Managed teams of developers, solution architects, implementation consultants, and a solution architect located in opposite time zones—from Malaysia to the US.
• Defined the scope and requirements individually for each customer, working directly with the e-learning team of each of those ten enterprises. The clients were from Australia, Europe, and the US.
