As a reference, it achieved approximately 12 million hits per day and availability of 99.99% during Q4 2021. Since it is an EU mission-critical application, the proper management of the technical stakeholders involved in the project was vital.

The application supports the development of IT systems of all European Union member states. It is a cross-domain application with the main challenge of managing the many stakeholders directly involved and impacted, both at the business and technical level, mediating, and resolving conflicts within the scope and time.

I managed stakeholders, scope, and time to achieve all the milestones and meet the legal deadlines. My tasks were also to mediate and solve conflicts between the stakeholders, both at the business (policy units at the European Commission, representatives of member states) and technical level (European Commission contractors).
