Launched an Android operating system in 75 languages in 2015 and created and nurtured a pool of linguistic resources for new languages.

Managed the Android Lollipop and Marshmallow localization program to add emerging markets languages, such as Sinhalese, Bengali, Burmese, and Galician. Among the achievements is the creation of a pool of freelancers for the end-to-end localization of the app and supporting assets.

I led a six-month discovery process to identify, analyze, and score top cloud-based CAT tools to find the one with the best opportunities for integration with the internal PayPal content repository.

The project involved researching, evaluating, and testing cloud-based CAT tools to make the localization process more scalable and 30% more cost-effective. First, I had to map all the internal requirements, and then I started meeting with various vendors to understand their proposals better. Once the vendor has been selected, the integration can finally begin.
