Scaled Agile Transformation Project

Successfuly implemented SAFe portfolio level within an organization and led nine full product increments to achieve process stabilization.

As an Agile transformation lead, and in cooperation with two other leads and external consultants, I created processes and delivery structures according to SAFe best practices within the organization. Upon initial implementation, I managed over 150 developers and testers distributed into 16 teams during nine product increments. I then implemented reporting and tracking of delivery using TFS end to end.

Common Card Processing Project

Led the development of a new common card processing platform for a key bank customer.

I managed an internal team of developers and testers and the external vendor to create and develop a new standard card processing platform for all business group banks, specifically targeting the biggest bank as part of the portfolio.

The project was carried out in the EMEA region to implement a standard processing system and consolidate processing.

Implementation of Multipurpose Center for Air Traffic Control in Zadar | Phase 1A

Planned and managed an initiation and planning phase of a program that consisted of 13 projects for Croatian air traffic control in Zadar. The program was planned and approved by the funding authority, which was considered a major national success.

I was responsible for the initiation and planning of a major national government program to improve the air traffic control center in Zadar. The key task of this phase of the program was to plan and obtain funding for the actual execution of the program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the CEO of Croatia Air Traffic Control, government authorities (Ministry of Traffic), and local authorities to obtain all necessary support and licenses for successful future implementation on a few air traffic control centers in Zadar
• Prepare and plan all related program activities (program charter, program objectives, program milestone map) to ensure proper program planning
• Execute program planning and support in planning all related project activities that are part of the program portfolio
