The first project manager on the NYT Architecture Review Board, a review board that acts as an architectural advisor of all teams and oversees the NYT technology team's Request for Comments (RFC) process.

Served on the review board for Architectural review of projects at NYT digital, such as cloud migration and personalization for the NYT Website. Reviewed RFCs, scheduled and facilitated conversations between the stakeholders regarding decision-making, and held vendor evaluation sessions once the project was approved.

Introduced the initial ART (Agile Release Train) to help streamline the value stream across the department. Worked to establish change agents within to help champion the Agile and SAFe processes.
