Reengineered the key strategic credit risk management platform that covers €400 billion risk exposures reducing technical tickets by 30% and headcount by 4 FTEs.
The rapid delivery of the re-imagined excess breach calculation engine resulted in:
1. optimization to achieve T+1 processing of breach calculations from T+4,
2. reduced technical suppressions by 30% leading to 4 FTEs reduction,
3. meeting the key regulatory deliverable for timeliness and accuracy (BCBS-239), and
4. meeting the key project KPI on time and budget.
The business was delighted at the delivery's pace and outcome and had a high satisfaction level.
My task was to generate the backlog with business stakeholders, set the vision and roadmap, and coach the new Scrum team through the delivery while keeping key business stakeholders informed of progress throughout the project. It was a great experience participating in a highly performant, empowered, and cross-functional Scrum team in delivering solutions within the compressed timeframes.
Decision Automation Framework
From project discovery to completion of MVP, I managed and delivered a cloud-based business rules framework and process automation engine replacing 21 different processes and enabling a rules-based approval process for credit limit decisioning.

The application increased the pace of change in Deutsche Bank's credit risk management and lowered the cost of implementation and maintenance.

Delivered front end and back end of a new corporate training (recoveries) and loan impairment application for relationship managers and recoveries operations.
The case management solution enabled a single dashboard view of a company's assets, liabilities, impairments, and collateral. It allowed the recoveries relationship managers to restructure the liabilities and payment streams using embedded workflows. In collaboration with the business stakeholders, we delivered the project via classic project discovery, including competitor analysis, user research, and roadmap for delivery.
