As an external coach, I worked with the development team and product owner and helped them work with the customer, a government aero agency. The aim was to better understand the product vision, clarify the requirements, and deliver the software that met strict requirements related to information security, accuracy, and data management. I also worked with an external testing team to provide independent testing and improve the product accordingly.

Coordinated the activities of an outsourced development team, design team, product manager, and project sponsor, and actively involved other stakeholders. I helped the team get back on track by facilitating the process to choose their way of working, understanding working agreements, setting up workflows, and using Agile practices.

Served as the scrum master for the team, which started with stakeholders only. I helped them form the team, trained them on Agile practices and frameworks, and set up processes and continuous improvement procedures. With the general manager as the project sponsor, we engaged other stakeholders and a dedicated a product manager to start the inception phase.

I facilitated the whole inception process, which included understanding the vision, gathering initial requirements, defining their way of working and working agreements, and modeling the architecture. Then I facilitated the delivery process, release planning, and deployment. Through continuous improvement practices, I helped the team improve their way of working and deliver a quality product quickly.
