This was a startup initiative to build a productivity platform that includes eCommerce, e-learning, and AI. The productivity platform aimed to help users manage their life goals by creating an Agile mindset with the help of their artificial intelligent assistant.

I acted as the product manager and trained high-performing teams in an Agile environment. I also employed and trained a team of 14 full-time employees, comprising user experience researchers, designers, scrum masters, front- and back-end developers, testers, and DevOps, content and marketing specialists.

I implemented the intelligent assistant, e-learning, eCommerce, and productivity platform from the ground up using the Lean Startup principles. Each platform contains an admin and business portal with desktop, iOS, and Android applications. The technology used Angular, Ionic, Net Core, C#, SQL, Mongo DB, the Microsoft Bot Framework, Luis, Cognitive Services, Azure, AWS, and Firebase. It was published in Tech Business News.

International Electronic Case Filing

Implemented the International Electronic Case Filing, a global tool that linked dispute management systems for all countries worldwide, in six months. This tool allowed global disputes to be managed online for better workflow approval management, tracking, and reporting. This saved the company time and money on emails, faxes, and international calls.

CommBank Kaching

Won the Innovation, Effectiveness, and Best Financial Service awards at the prestigious digital industry event, AIMIA, in 2013, for the CommBank Kaching work.

CommBank Kaching is Commonwealth Bank's revolutionary mobile banking application that allows customers to perform BUMP payments and P2P payments to email and mobile numbers. It also facilitates NFC payments through the iCarte casing. Customers can also perform transfers between accounts, transfers to an address book, and BPay using a QR code. CommBank Kaching is now called the Commbank App.

LATAM Trading Platform

Implemented a trading platform for five new Latin American markets, allowing the business to increase its trading coverage in a short time frame.

Worked with the technology group to integrate requirements within the current trading platform and the business group to complete all the legal trading requirements. I also worked with the global offices to ensure they complied with trade in Latin America.

Visa Commercial Solution

Won the Visa Ace award in recognition of outstanding customer management, teamwork, and exceptional contribution to finding improvements and long-term solutions during the commercial product implementation for Australia and New Zealand.

Implemented the first hotel-matching and XML implementation for the Visa commercial solution product, automatically mapping hotel names in billing statements. This increased customer satisfaction and the organization's competitiveness in the market.

I worked with financial leaders, such as NAB, Westpac, ANZ, and BNZ, to implement and launch commercial cards. I also provided technical consultation to internal and external users and the management board to optimize the business awareness of the technology.
