Project History

Enterprise Coaching

Provided advisory and consultancy services for Canonical to build an Agile delivery methodology for the entire engineering department.

My work on this project extended across multiple units with more than 300 people, closely coaching up to four teams on Agile practices and frameworks like Scrum and flow strategies like Kanban. I conducted more than 20 workshops to help understand how to apply Agile techniques to the current organizational approach.

Risk-based Obeya Room for Lean Portfolio Management

Coached the leadership team to build an Obeya room for managing the cybersecurity program and portfolio of the whole bank with a risk-based approach.

I conducted more than 80 hours of workshops on Agile practices, coaching the senior leadership team to build a lean portfolio management framework based on fundamental risk-based approaches, which resulted in a general feedback rating between four and five out of five.

Transition Lead for the ING Italian HQ

Rolled out the Agile operational model for the ING Italian headquarters.

I ran workshops with the bank's board and senior leadership to contextualize the reference model to the local country and regulations, providing more than 30 hours of coaching to managers and teams. My work included delivering six in-person training sessions on the new methodology to up to 85 people through significant events in large buildings, including team-building activities and collaborative learning workshops.
