    Performed customer and product discovery, validating customer demand and closing initial sales before product was developed.

    Pixie is a lightweight business process automation tool for accountants. Managed outsourced and distributed team of developers and designers. Acting as a technical product manager overseeing the roadmap, refining requirements and acceptance criteria including data integrations with Zapier, Google, and Office365.

    Reorganized Scrum teams and drove improved team performance with a clearer methodology.

    Reorganized a team of eight engineers into two Scrum teams, and introduced clearer project management principles. Led one Scrum team to develop the payments platform that managed all transactions happening in the marketplace.
