Chavatapalli Veera Surya Kiran

Acted as a scrum master for three Agile teams composed of architects, cloud developers, database administrators, and quality assurance and DevOps engineers. I worked on building high-performing Scrum teams, migrating the client's web applications to a cloud infrastructure, tracking the project's progress using KPIs, and creating and presenting reports to the senior management. In addition, I coached the teams on the synchronous-asynchronous working model to handle time zone differences and developed working agreements to enhance the well-being of the team members based on their consensus.

Built two new Scrum teams whose objective was to build Android applications to digitize manual work and migrate the user experience from legacy systems to an enhanced Android experience. The apps were delivered within tight timelines and provided valuable MVPs based on customer needs. Also, I created roadmaps in Jira by working closely with product managers and stakeholders and actively resolving the interdependencies of six teams.

Handled feature prioritization based on inputs from the client and headed the building of a trade capture system that ensures high-value trades' smooth trade flow. In addition, I coached the team on self-organization and cross-functionality, detailed upfront planning of all feature enhancements and production releases, created and updated new runbooks, and uploaded them to SharePoint.
