Trained 100+ associates and mentored three junior scrum masters in Agile and Scrum practices.

Acted as a scrum master for three Agile teams composed of architects, cloud developers, database administrators, and quality assurance and DevOps engineers. I worked on building high-performing Scrum teams, migrating the client's web applications to a cloud infrastructure, tracking the project's progress using KPIs, and creating and presenting reports to the senior management. In addition, I coached the teams on the synchronous-asynchronous working model to handle time zone differences and developed working agreements to enhance the well-being of the team members based on their consensus.
