• Hit the ground running by developing a new multi-phase delivery plan to achieve the first delivery within six months with the business project manager and test manager.

• Implemented and managed a multi-stage implementation of the EPOS sales system into each business unit to facilitate phased training and support across the business. Functionality included: order processing, payment, production of customer receipts, order tracking, stock control, VAT and non-VAT sales; split deliveries, recording and tracking of picked items, production of multi-stage picking lists, delivery tracking, production of documentation for loading, and delivery advice.

• Project-managed the doubling of capacity of the Doncaster call center to allow it to take on the work load from a Birmingham-based call center with a budget of £250,000 and defined and managed the installation of the power infrastructure, communication infrastructure and ancillary equipment of a new 50,000 square meter warehouse in Corby.
• Planned and managed all work in accordance with the business-imposed deadlines, successfully completing all projects on time.
• Surveyed the existing call center to establish and define the required capacity of the new call centre, coordinating the specification of requirements for network, infrastructure, equipment.
• Selected and procured office furniture, office equipment, telecoms equipment and telecoms services.
• Worked with third-party suppliers to schedule work.
• Managed all third-party suppliers of phone lines, equipment and installation services.
• Planned and managed day-to-day installation of the new IT network infrastructure for the call center and the logistics of relocating call center desks, PCs, printers, phones, data points, voice points, and miscellaneous communication equipment and personnel to ensure continuity of service with minimal disruption.
