I led a team of 90+ while building end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including the supply chain, with a team of 20+ developers. This project involved co-creating strategies with the client, aligning best practices with their goals, and delivering customized transformation plans (team changes, implementations, and SWOT analysis) covering customer service, logistics, and service complaints management.

I worked with two Microsoft Power Apps developers to build an end-to-end service complaints management flow that replicated an SAP Quality Management (QM) design. In addition, I implemented ISO 9001-2015 controls across quote-to-cash processes to enhance quality, compliance, and process standardization, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

I led a cross-functional project integrating manufacturing, planning, logistics, EHS, and warehousing to optimize the supply chain model for raw materials and finished products. I negotiated competitive rates, SLAs, and quality standards with carriers and ISO-tank storage 3rd-party logistics providers while maintaining the highest safety standards. In addition, I championed change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and visibility of project benefits across the organization.

This project involved leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001-2015 quality management standards for global logistics operations. I collaborated with senior leadership to standardize processes across the EMEA, America, and APAC regions, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. I also identified 5+ global projects to enhance global logistics efficiency, balancing cost optimization with operational excellence while fostering a quality and continuous improvement culture.
