Planned, build-tested, and launched a client internal generative AI engine.

I managed 18 product team members supporting the project deliverables in roles of development, data architect, data analyst, solution architect, and QA teams. Additionally, I supported the data platform in roles of application lead for RIM compliance, software project management, and technical business analyst while working with the product owner to manage backlog, spring planning, conducting spring ceremonies, and removing impediments across the sprints. I also participated in program increment planning.

Served as a scrum master and led an Agile scrum team of developers, architects, and QA members to deliver MVP and iterative solutions within budget, scope, and scheduled timelines.
