Launched the first audiobook and ebook listening app in Romania.

I created and managed the product backlog and managed a team of ten developers to deliver the first version of the app. I led the project from its beginning and helped the founder and design team create the first version of the wireframes and designs. Based on those, we created the first version of the backlog, prioritized the MVP, and started building the app. The plan required many adjustments based on the difficulties encountered, so we had to take a 100% Agile approach to ensure that we put the best functionalities in front of customers and stayed within the available budget.
