Managed the development of live broadcast tools for online esports tournaments, including real-time data sourcing and sharing and combining automated and manual user inputs.

Collaborated with the internal design team to realize our external client's visual and operational requirements. As the development team's project manager, I collected development estimations and prepared the working timeline for the season-by-season broadcast functionality.

Our team was also responsible for investigating and implementing bespoke technical solutions, such as custom input tools for stage operators, to improve the viewer experience in stadium and online streaming formats. Each season had a strict broadcast deadline due to sponsorship agreements, so there was a great amount of focus on securing achievable deliverable timelines for the entire design, development, and testing process.

Managed the development side of the project, working with four developers to prepare a new CMS for collecting esports data. We designed the full consumer-facing website, from wireframe to mockup, ready for handover to front-end developers.
