Project Under NDA

Led a distributed team and successfully delivered the project in a timely manner using agile methods.

The app is the focus of a large customer platform. The purpose of the application is to provide an online auction platform for dealers to place anonymous bids on accident-damaged vehicles. An assessor determines the value of the vehicles and provides an expert opinion. The contract is finalized with Autoonline guarantee.

I led a team of 3-4 developers in a dynamic development environment throughout several offices. The goals of the project were: coverage of the scope of the project, ensuring the project is developed on time, provide an issue-free application, follow the client's development procedures, ensure the client's testing team provide verification of the application, and ensure the project is completed on budget.

My main responsibilities for the project included planning, progress monitoring, team management, risk management, and serve as a single point of contact from Seavus to the client.

Agile methodology was used in project development.

ServiceNow Platform

Improved performance of the existing system and analysis of the other ITSM solutions.

The client requested a CMS upgrade of an old Nordic Feel site (http://www.nordicfee.no/), from accelerator 1.0 to accelerator 4. The project contained additional functionalities based on the client request. Technologies used included JavaScript, .Net, CSS, and HTML.

I led a team of four developers and one testing engineer. The goals of the project included covering the scope of the project, ensuring the project is developed on time, following the client's development procedures, ensuring that the client's testing team provided verification of the application, and ensuring the project is completed within the provided budget.

The main challenge of the project was leading a distributed team and completing the project with limited time. My main responsibilities included planning, progress monitoring, team management, risk management, and serving as a single point of contact for the client.

Centili

Adjusted the mobile payment system for different operators and led the Scrum team with parallel integrations in process.

Implemented the connection between Infobip mobile pay platform and a Thai provider working with a gaming company platform in order to enable mobile payments for customers who want to work in Thailand. Implemented the interface for mobile payments based on the country's regulations with the ability to adjust to client's needs.

Tracked and planned the project according to the provided deadlines. Coordinated with other development teams and sales for additional information. Communicated with the client to organize the backlog and long-term roadmaps. Led Scrum meetings, managed risk, and served as a single point of contact to the client.

Financial Panel in Infobip

Implemented different payment methods and upgraded a system based on the fast-growing company needs.

Followed and planned changes for a finance panel used internally by financial, sales, integration, and business development departments. Due to the complex needs of the company, differences in system payment methods and regulated systems needed to be built from scratch. The web application was developed in Java with a high enrollment of designers. The application was able to generate payment calculations based on contract terms, VAT, country limitations, and operator's terms.

My responsibilities in the project were to coordinate, monitor, and hold daily meetings and communicate with the development team. Coordinated with the product owner and ordered the product backlog in order to deliver a proper, bug-free solution.

Under NDA (Intelligence Business Research Company)

Improvement and further growth of the trademark screening process.

The purpose of the project is to access the viability of proposed trademarks early in the process with online "knockout" screening of the largest collection of trademark information. This safeguard valuable brands and domain names from potential infringement with expert global watching services and solutions.

Technologies used include Java Swing, EJB 2.1, JDBC, and PL/SQL

I led a team of 4-6 developers in a very dynamic development environment. The goals of the project consisted of project scope, on-time completion, follow the client's development procedures, ensure verification of the application by the client's testing team, and completion within the specified budget.

Project Under NDA

Reverse engineered the legacy system, built repairer apps from scratch, and created a portal for auto insurance companies.

This is a repair monitoring tool that connects body shops with their customers and insurers. This is a web, iOS, and Android app. Body shops take photos and update the status of a vehicle throughout the repair process, providing real-time updates to their clients through the web-based application. This is a simple and effective tool and can be used by any body shop user. Efficiency is improved throughout the repair process, keeping the customer notified and improving customer service levels.

Technologies used include Java, HTML, CSS, Titanium

I led a team of 8-10 developers, 1 BA, and 1QA engineer in a dynamic development environment.

The goals of the project included coverage of the scope of the project and reuse what was needed from the legacy system, ensure the project is developed on time, follow the Audatex development procedures, ensure that the project is on budget.

My main responsibilities for the project were planning, progress monitoring, team management, risk management, and to serve as a single point of contact from Seavus to the client. The project was developed using the Scrum methodology.

Instant Estimate

Building apps from scratch with an integrated 3D solution in a timely manner and with high quality.

Instant Estimate (IE) gives the driver the ability to easily register an insurance claim from their smartphone and receive a cash settlement or an appointment with a repairer.

Instant Estimate leverages the concepts introduced by GoTimeDriver (US) and AudaExpress (PL) but built from the ground up with a roadmap to automate the estimate generation process (instant estimate) and a view to leverage for international usage. The application contains a 3D model with all supported models of vehicles on which you can draw damage.

Technologies: Android, Java, iOS

I led a team of 8-10 developers and two testing engineers in a dynamic development environment.

The goals of the project were to ensure the project was developed on time, deliver high quality, ensure that the client’s testing team provided verification of the application, and complete the project within budget.

Betting/Gaming App - ESport Solution

Delivery of the MVP defined in accordance to the Malta license authority and inline with GDPR.

This is a web-based solution, responsive on all browsers (mobile and web) where users can bet on the matches from ESport provider. This app has gamification included with a different way of getting experience points.

During this project, I led the team of ten members and had the possibility to be included in defining the requirements.

The project was built using the latest technology stack for front-end, back-end, and cloud-based solution for data storage.
