Task Tracking Internal Application

Launched a new application version (rewritten 80% of legacy functionality) within agreed timelines. I built the process/team from scratch, and moved the project from support to new development

I managed 11+ dedicated full-time employees and numerous freelancers to build the new application rewriting legacy code. Basically the application is a marketplace of tasks and freelancers. We built the task management system and task recommendation system complying with company engineering standards, practices, and performance KPIs.
