I managed the implementation of the Carte SuperPlus loyalty program within the Azure Data Platform, overseeing data integration, reporting, and dashboard functionalities. As the track lead and project manager for the Azure Data Platform and reporting tracks, I ensured alignment with business requirements and coordinated with other workstreams.

I collaborated closely with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements while supervising the implementation partner's activities to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery. I also managed dependencies across program tracks to ensure seamless execution and prepared key documentation and reports for steering committee meetings, ensuring they aligned with strategic objectives. Additionally, I streamlined reporting workflows, enabling real-time business insights and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

The EDIS Data Lake project at Roche aimed to develop mechanisms for scientists to efficiently aggregate and analyze data from research and measuring instruments. As a scrum master, I played a crucial role in ensuring smooth Agile execution and optimizing team productivity.

I established and executed Agile processes to support the successful delivery of project scope. I designed and implemented a Jira project structure to manage teams, scope, and progress effectively. Additionally, I coached and supported product owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

I encouraged collaboration between scrum teams and the product owner to ensure goals were aligned. I facilitated key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. As a mediator, I addressed team conflicts and promoted a healthy work environment. I identified and removed obstacles that impacted the development teams, ensuring smooth progress.

I focused on continuous improvement in the software development process, monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with business goals and coordinating the resolution of production bugs to maintain system stability.

The Orange Online Program aimed to consolidate fixed and mobile systems into a unified customer portal, providing a single access point for clients and consultants. This transformation enabled the seamless execution of customer setup, offer modifications, contract extensions, cession handling, VAS management, and enhanced data visualization, including historical/current usage, invoice activities, and installment plans.

In my role, I guided product owners in managing and refining the product backlog, ensuring it was aligned with business priorities. I facilitated collaboration between three developer teams, comprising up to 21 developers, and the product owner to ensure efficient delivery. I also led Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, promoting a structured Agile environment.

I resolved team conflicts, fostered open communication, and removed obstacles to improve efficiency. I tracked progress to ensure adherence to the definition of done (DoD), managed dependencies across scrum teams, and collaborated with other scrum masters for alignment. Additionally, I coordinated release scope and schedules to support seamless system integration.

Orange Poland undertook a large-scale billing system transformation, migrating from its legacy system to Oracle BRM. The initiative focused on developing B2B-specific functionalities, migrating customers to the new billing system, executing comprehensive data migration, including financial and accounting data, and upgrading the BI system, which involved transitioning business reports, data marts, and new presentation layers.

As a project manager for the enablers scope, I led the project from business needs identification through design, delivery, integration, testing, go-live, and stabilization. I managed change requests, ensuring all adjustments were made promptly and aligned with business objectives. I reported progress and risks to the business owner and program manager, ensuring transparent communication and informed decision-making.

As the IT leader for the BI stream, I worked with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and define key requirements for implementation. I conducted a thorough requirement assessment with the business leader, prioritizing essential functionalities for deployment. Additionally, I developed and managed the release roadmap, ensuring system upgrades were structured and executed with minimal risk.
