Managed a team of five developers, a UI/UX designer, and a QA engineer to deliver a mobile experience proof-of-concept that allowed on-demand home tours and contacting partner real estate agents. The app's market delivery included mapping the initial concept, slotting it into a prioritized backlog, and working through the release plan.

Served as a senior agile coach and Jira admin and researched how Jira was adopted and used across the organization. The research included how the siloing of different Atlassian environments affected the ability to gain efficiencies and accurately use the products. We had 450 employees who weren't working in sales and needed help using the tool collaboratively across organizations.

I designed, proposed, and implemented an Atlassian Cloud Enterprise solution that included Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence. The solution was adopted by our technical, support, HR, and marketing organizations, with the project consisting of migrating active backlog content and evaluating and sourcing new plugins. The design included a new workflow, page, item schema, hierarchy, and permissions design. We completed the migration within 45 days without data loss or a negative impact on the functionality and team performance.

Brought new integrations to market that tied into the Microsoft Security suite, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Sentinel while working for an MDR provider. This large-scale initiative required collaboration between most of the technical and marketing organizations and was brought to market on time and within budget.

During integrations, we had time to do a lot of gold plating, which led to writing new threat queries using the tools' metadata and research spikes for the second version. This led to new features and sales avenues, including the ability to monitor phishing email attacks.
