This project aimed to enhance the existing SAP-based expense application and provide production support. As part of this engagement, we offered support for various SAP modules, including travel management, finance, and control.

Anthem is one of the largest health benefits companies in the United States. Through its affiliated health plans, Anthem companies deliver leading health benefit solutions through a broad portfolio of integrated health care plans and related services, along with a wide range of specialty products such as life and disability insurance benefits, health benefit services, long-term care insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

This project involved working with Scrum teams, release managers, and business partners to deliver software based on defined Agile values and principles. I also coached team members on Agile processes and facilitated planning meetings.

An electronic payment system is a digital solution that enables customers to make payments and conduct electronic or online transactions without needing physical cash or cheques. This technological bridge connects individuals and businesses to a world of financial possibilities. Instead of reaching for cash or writing cheques, we can now transfer funds electronically with just a few clicks or taps. I successfully implemented Agile in four electronic payments processing projects, providing coaching and training to 100+ practitioners.
