I launched a property legal services transactional marketplace to market and secure the first stable revenue stream for the business.

I took over the product delivery at pre-alpha and brought to market a highly complex legal services transactional portal with an SRA-compliant CMS at the core. It's a marketplace engine that connects customers with property lawyers, a deal progressor portal for estate agents, and it offers API integrations with industry service providers: KYC, Property Searches, Land Registry, and HMRC.

eCommerce Replatforming and Optimization

I migrated an eCommerce business to the SAP Hybris platform that doubled annual revenue in the subsequent year.

I reduced costs and regained control over release management by bringing IT projects in-house to the newly established offshore tech delivery center, where I was responsible for the tech team's organizational structure and sourcing, setup of a tailored SDLC framework, performance reviews, and people development.

Liaising with a geographically distributed team of internal and external stakeholders helped to define product improvement opportunities and ensured business readiness for the core product releases.

I delivered 20+ projects hands-on including platforms migration, new payments integration, advanced visual merchandising, DWH integration, WMS and outbound logistic partners integration, marketplace feeds, CRM integration, and search optimization.
