Project History

Launch of the Premium Version of the Foodvisor iOS App

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/foodvisor-calorie-counter/id1064020872?mt=8

Led the launch of the premium version of Foodvisor.

As a product manager at Foodvisor, I led the launch of a premium version of the iOS app where I came up with features and content based on research, analytics, and customer data; worked with UX to develop features that we tested on real and potential users; prioritized features based on development costs and business value; broke them into user stories and acceptance criteria; and led the test and release phase.

The premium version has been live since February 2018. Our conversion rate has multiplied 2X from February 2018 to July 2018. The percentage of paying users who renew each month has also increased.

The percentage of paying users who renew the second month went from 26% in February to 55% in June.

Premium members have access to a personalized analysis of their food with recommendations for the next day, unlimited access to chat with our nutritionist, and more.

I prioritized features and worked closely with UX/UI and developers to develop our premium version to match our users’ needs, ensured we had relevant content for our users, communicated release dates with the stakeholders, analyzed results, and defined new improvements.

Increase Conversion Rate in an eCommerce Basket

Led the implementation of a feature which helped decrease drop-off by 10%.

As a mobile project manager at Photobox, a photo printing app, I identified main drop off points in our conversion funnel and led the implementation of a reminder for abandoned baskets, i.e users who added items to their basket and left the app before completing their purchase. The cost of development was quite low and it contributed to a 10% decrease in exit rate in the basket, which was a good improvement.
