On Royal Caribbean’s digital transformation platform, Excalibur, which used the Scaled Agile Framework to scale to a team of more than 1,000, I led the redesign of the payment gateway system. My team successfully created and deployed native apps and responsive web UIs and built integrated back ends with payment processors, AWS cloud services and the legacy systems.
