Developed the user journey for obesity care at zur Rose Group, seamlessly connecting the DocMorris brand with comprehensive medical care. This initiative empowered users to initiate self-assessments using BMI. It was seamlessly integrated both online and offline.

Launched and managed several releases of the myPhonak web app for Sonova.

I drove product discovery and development with a cross-functional team to provide the best possible experience for our users, meet our business objectives, and build a scalable infrastructure. I also managed product discovery in AI applications for hearing devices by developing new features and functionalities. Next, I created epics and user stories. Finally, I collaborated closely with cross-functional and DevOps teams to identify areas of improvement, translate complex findings into product requirements, drive product strategy, plan future initiatives, and define new technologies and IT capabilities to provide reliable, adaptable, and efficient digital solutions.
