In 2019, I was elected the programs director of the PMI-MG, where I organized different events about project management and led a team of over 40 volunteers.

The main event of the year was the 13t Project Management Congress, with a team of 30 volunteers. I led the team to achieve all planned scope, innovating on sponsorship attraction, allowing to include several extra items on the project, and achieving a financial result of 113% above the initial target.

Intelligence Center | Data Visualization

Launched and managed the intelligence center for VLi Logística, leading an Agile team on a data visualization project using PowerBI to provide strategic information for decision making.

VLi Logística is a company that offers logistics solutions that integrate ports, railways, and terminals. The intelligence center project aimed to create several dashboards using PowerBI, SSIS, and data lakes, to gather information from different sources and create dashboards that would be available on a situation wall with strategic information for decision-making on a data-based approach, allowing the company to reduce costs and optimize the usage of resources.

I was the scrum master of this team, working on team building and coaching the development team with one-on-one meetings, managing customer expectations, negotiating scope changes, and working on an MVP approach since we had a hard deadline for the first release and we could increment the product with more information afterward.

MRV Obras

Led the mobile development team that delivered several improvements on the MRV Obras application for MRV engineering in the construction sector.

MRV is the biggest Brazilian homebuilder and real estate company. MRV Obras was a mobile app aimed at engineers to keep track of the construction's progress.

I led the team that did several enhancements to the application, considering usability and performance. The team focused on customer expectations, managing the requirements of directors and end-users, and focusing on the prioritization of features.

My main activities were leading a Scrum team, demonstrating value for the customer, working on the definition and analysis of the project's OKRs with the customer's board of directors, negotiating and implementing delivery processes with other teams, including from other companies, and coaching developers.

iHeartMedia is the largest media company in the USA. I was the scrum master of a back-end team who developed a proxy between apps and databases.

We used Scrum on this project with short sprints to allow prioritization of sprint backlogs to accomplish other teams' dependencies more dynamically. I conducted scrum of scrum meetings to allow risks and requirements and tracked dependencies for the next quarter on a big room planning onsite.

This team got a corporate award of Customer Satisfaction due to feedback received from the customer's tech lead, and I was also awarded Human First due to my people-first focus.
