Set up and managed the manufacturing execution project for our global Industry 4.0 inspiration, covering around 20 manufacturing sites.

We followed Agile practices, the development team was distributed, and our pilot plants were remote, making virtual work critical.

The project had three distinct phases:
1. Discovery to identify value
2. Systems with sustainable architecture
3. Development with two MVPs released
