As a project manager, I worked with the team to help the client configure ServiceNow's Customer Service Management module, meet the requirements, and enable them to provide exceptional customer service. The solution helped the client visualize their customer cases, maintain the level of agents' utilization, and continuously support their customer service agents. After the project went live, the client received great feedback from their customers, including that the portal is easy to use and enables them to see open cases and check for updates at a glance.

Introducing Agile to a Team of Consultants

Acted as a scrum master and coach to the team who was new to Agile and helped them understand how to work in Scrum while still working as part of the Scrum team.

The project goal was to create service designs that another team would implement. The team consisted of service architects and designers, and we ran 2-week sprints to deliver service designs. I helped them agree to the sprint backlog, coached them on how to run the daily scrum, updated the burn-down chart, and updated senior management on our progress. My manager used to say that the project I am working on is one less thing for them to worry about.

Introducing ServiceNow Resource Management to the Team

Used my ServiceNow experience to build dashboards and reports designed to help the team at KPMG leverage the resource management functionality in ServiceNow and manage the team's allocation, utilization, and drive recruitment.

The team was using Excel spreadsheets to allocate resources to different projects, monitor utilization, and drive recruitment. Using my hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects and resource management, I helped the team in KPMG move away from spreadsheets and start using ServiceNow and guided the resource manager and senior managers on using the tool. In addition, I created dashboards and resource reports for them to replicate their required information spreadsheet view.

Building Education Assessments Marking MVP

Acted as the voice of customers and the product owner for building a minimum viable product (MVP) for automatically marking education assessments and assignments.

I worked on building an MVP for automatically marking the assignments and assessments completed by the students throughout the year to reduce the teachers' workload. During the product build, I captured the requirements in the form of user stories, added them to the backlog, and worked with the software development team on backlog prioritization and sprint planning. During each sprint, I also completed the system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
