My main achievements include:
• Developing a comprehensive BCM framework tailored to FPT Software's operational structure and objectives, paving the way for a solid resilience strategy.
• Creating a robust business continuity policy, delineating clear roles, responsibilities, and processes for rapid and effective organizational response in the event of a disruption.
• Implementing a detailed business continuity procedure, ensuring structured and step-wise business recovery and continuity practices.
• Executing a meticulous BIA on critical business functions, including IT, HR, and product development, identifying vital areas for mitigation efforts.
• Rolling out FPT Software's business continuity plans, proactively approaching potential operational threats and disruptions.
• Deploying FPT Software's COVID-19 emergency response plan, ensuring uninterrupted business operations amid a global pandemic while safeguarding staff health and safety.

I provided consultancy services to Viettel Construction in 2022 for setting up their BCM system. This strategic initiative aimed at reinforcing Viettel Construction's resilience and ensuring business operations could withstand and quickly recover from disruptive events.

My contributions include:
• Delivering expert guidance in developing a tailored BCM framework, driving the foundation for Viettel Construction's resiliency planning.
• Assisting in crafting the
policy to outline the principled approach and commitment of Viettel Construction toward maintaining operational integrity under adverse conditions.
• Providing consultation for a comprehensive BIA and risk assessment, forming the bedrock of a solid business continuity strategy that mitigates potential threats.
• Advising on establishing business continuity plans, addressing three critical disruption scenarios: supply chain interruptions, human resource contingencies, and office building lockdown procedures.

This project was strategically designed to enhance organizational resilience, enabling ITL to navigate operational disruptions efficiently and maintain service excellence.

My achievements include:
• Providing expert consulting services to assist ITL in building a structured business continuity framework that aligns with the company's unique logistical dynamics and risk profile.
• Devising a detailed implementation plan for the BCM system to be executed over 2023-2024. This included forming three business continuity plans tailored to meet customer requirements and ensuring ITL's readiness in various contingency scenarios.
• Guiding the creation of ITL's business continuity policy and corresponding procedures, establishing a governance model that fosters a proactive culture of resilience.
• Outlining a regimen of exercises and tests to validate the business continuity policy effectiveness, ensuring that ITL's response mechanisms are reliable and robust when put into action.

As a risk management and investigation expert, I:

• Created One Mount Group's fraud management framework, as well as their internal security department, including activities, policy, procedures, reports, and competencies.
• Set up a plan and implemented an investigation into internal and external frauds.
• Developed and implemented a business site control plan for control internal and external security and fraud risk control.
