Introduced and set-up OKR cycles in a manufacturing start-up in Berlin (3D printers).

Trained eight teams and C-level in applying and formulating OKRs (company and team level). Facilitated 40+ sessions with teams on creating, updating, and aligning on OKRs. Set up tracking of OKRs through Confluence and later, Leapsome.

Introduced a company-tailored strategy-to-execution process for an eCommerce start-up with 180+ employees.

Created a concept to a lean KR process, which is OKR-inspired but not a "full-on OKR" process (due to shortcomings of the framework and already existing ways of alignment). The concept was introduced to 180+ employees and iterated upon in an agile fashion (retrospectives on the process).

Collaborated with the CEO to set the company up for an "inspect and adapt" mindset in a rapidly changing market. Prepared and executed the introduction of product managers to the organization.
