Self-service Customer Care App
Managed the design and development of a white label self-service customer care mobile application for A1 Telekom Austria Group.
During numerous discovery workshops, solution design, and system requirements specification phase, a new platform was designed, planned, and specified. White label apps were created using a modular approach to design that enabled easy customization of different apps based on the branding rules for a specific client and market. Native Android and iOS white-label approach ensured the faster deployment of the mobile applications to new markets. Advanced use of feature flags enabled specific clients to enable or disable certain features based on their needs. Custom content management systems and APIs were implemented to support the mobile applications.
SaaS Solution for Beauty Salon Owners
Launched a SaaS platform for beauty salon owners with a simple and modern iPad cash register software.
The administrative web application was developed to enable the management of SaaS customers (salons), tracking their status and subscriptions, allowing registration of new customers providing automated provisioning of standalone back-office applications for each customer. The back-office web application enabled salon owners to easily manage employees and shifts, inventory, coupons, payments, and finances, allowing them to see a dashboard with the crucial information or create custom business reports. This iPad application for employees provided an easy day-to-day tool for scheduling, client management, and collecting payments via the SumUp terminal.
Webshop for Supplements Company

The developed solution is a highly flexible website, including a custom layout builder that enables administrators to easily create and edit new pages with the option of using 20+ predefined building blocks. Product details pages were fully customized to educate users about the products and provide more information. A subscription model was implemented to enable users to make recurring orders. The solution was integrated with additional third-party integrations, including a payment gateway and newsletter solution.
