Helped improve the enterprise service management for the Australian Electoral Commission.

I managed a team of over 40 elements, including business analysts, solution architects, and service delivery staff, to uplift the commission's capabilities as part of a program of over 190. The team worked with several key vendors to achieve the required outcomes, including significantly reducing the amount of time in project discovery, product design, and delivery.

Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)

Managed the delivery of an enterprise-level incident management scheme for the Australian Department of Health.

As a senior project manager, I managed a multi-disciplinary team on behalf of the Australian Department of Health. I led co-design sessions, created user stories with my team, and worked closely with the delivery staff to achieve their execution. The project went live successfully with a minimum viable product and was subsequently iterated to improve features.
