I managed between five and ten developers, testers, and designers during the development and testing of the business application created for clients based in New York City. He communicated with the product owner and helped ensure that the client's expectations were met.

I managed the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment, led a team of four developers, and followed the Agile software development principles. The team used Inception-v3, i.e., a convolutional neural network, transfer learning to classify incoming forms, and an ABBYY API to extract text from each page.

Also, we interfaced with a third party for ID validation and client onboarding. We developed an Angular front end for testing purposes and set up CI/CD to deploy automatically to multiple environments.

I deployed, configured, and maintained an eCommerce website based on the PrestaShop platform for six years. I migrated it from version 1.14 to 1.15 and then to 1.16 and built and maintained a custom back end written in C# for warehouse management. I also designed and deployed a barcode scanning solution for receiving products in the warehouse and a custom EAN-13 barcode solution for labeling products that did not have a barcode from the supplier. Finally, I interfaced with the APIs of delivery companies for order delivery management and hired and managed external developers when needed.

As part of a portfolio expansion, I designed and implemented a proof-of-concept application in Flutter and deployed it onto several mobile phones running both iOS and Android. The application consisted of several screens with navigation between them and data refreshing automatically on application launch.

I collaborated closely with the product owner and solution architect in developing a critical new functionality for an internal banking application. I also worked with other developers on the team on tasks that required more effort.
