We began with three, and due to the business need, we grew to ten teams split into four countries with more than 80 team members. Along this journey of rapid growth, I facilitated the Agile transformation and built the Agile engineering culture to create a pleasant and productive environment for all team members. I monitored all the projects on the portfolio management level and facilitated the activities of four more delivery managers. My responsibilities included reporting the status to C-level, incident, and escalation management. A crucial step was deciding when to completely rebuild the old platform. I oversaw creating plans with the teams and POs, monitoring the project status, and communicating with the stakeholders.

Facilitated product discovery workshops for the PoC that forsaw the implementation of the NEO blockchain. The workshop's output was a sized backlog, and within five weeks, we built the MVP version presented to ICO (Initial Coin Offering). The result of the ICO was a budget of ten million euros, which enabled us to continue product development.

Defined the product vision for a large eCommerce company's strategic initiative, whose goal was to increase the company operational excellence. The product vision was articulated into the product backlog. My team built the data lake on GCP that could provide reports to the sales and logistics departments. During this process, I was in charge of all aspects of the project, including stakeholder management, product backlog, project planning, monitoring, reporting, escalation management, and conflict resolution.

Articulated the product backlog from the product vision through a number of product discovery workshops for a data lake on AWS in the digital marketing industry for a leading Dutch media company. Led a fully cross-functional team of developers who were in charge of the implementation. Delivered the product within the agreed timeline and budget. The reports were based on a considerable amount of data and with near-real-time accuracy, directed the strategical companies marketing activities. 

Managed the implementation of an Excel plug-in for a world-leading media company that plans, transacts, and evaluates media across platforms. The timeline was aggressive, yet the project was delivered within the timeline and budget and fully met customer expectations. 

Defined the product backlog in collaboration with the bioinformatics domain specialist. Defined the way of working and managing a distributed team that developed the application and delivered it to pharmaceutical companies.

I managed a team responsible for the maintenance of the application that supports world-leading bank customers. My team and I defined a way of working that ensured the application performs under the agreed upon SLA.
