I managed a team of developers in gathering requirements and designing and implementing a software upgrade for prenatal and neonatal diagnostic software. I oversaw the team's performance and acted as scrum master for daily activities. I also provided regular status reports to internal management and the customer.

I worked with the state of Michigan to develop a solution to record data electronically rather than on paper in response to an adverse audit finding.
