Helped the IT department move from barely monitoring some of their projects to adding all projects into a suite of portfolio tools, developed metrics and dashboards, introduced Agile methodology, creating a central intake process, and provided training for departments and IT staff. Created the strategy and implementation of moving the department from zero PPM maturity to utilizing resource and demand management within a year.

Responsible for the planning and execution of a customer-facing application as part of Freddie Mac's Loan Advisor Suite of tools. Primary interface with the business to plan, manage the budget and staff, mitigate issues, and deliver value. I took over the project when it was experiencing delays, low staff morale, and behind on developing a customer test environment. Got the project back on track, upgraded the skills and morale of the team, and won back the trust and approval of the business.

While working as a management consultant with PwC for a federal agency, I was the primary bridge between a federal agency’s management team and a third party’s software development team to finish a project that was over budget and overdue. Worked with management to determine priorities and requirement specifications, managed scope, developed a scorecard and led issue resolution meetings, implemented a documentation standardization and reviewed for adherence and standards, and supervised user acceptance testing. Helped set a workable target for completion and bring the project back within budget.
