Designed a model to find the best candidates for Agile coach, release train engineer (RTE), and product management positions.

With the help of two team members, we found a way to evaluate candidates applying to different roles, such as Agile coach, RTE, and product manager. This Fit2Role model involved understanding the candidate's personality via 16Personalities, defining the role based on the framework used, and describing the job as defined by the company. We merged all these in ChatGPT, leveraging AI as a thought partner to help us provide the best solution for the company.

Maturity Score Cards

Translated the maturity model results from 60+ scrum masters and product owners into cards that showed three different stats per person.

The company executed its maturity model every six months to see where each Agile role stood against the last result. To make it more visual and handy for everybody, we created maturity model cards, on which we reflected the person's face, the overall stat, the three pillars the company evaluated, and the "color of the belt" assigned according to the overall score.

Behavioral Science to Improve Agile Roles

Applied a behavioral framework to understand current drivers and stoppers from different roles within the company.

To improve the overall score of Agile coaches in the company, we applied the COM-B behavior change model to understand the role's current situation. Based on that, we conducted a brainstorming session to define a clear strategy for helping people stand out and removing barriers.
