GDPR Compliance Program

Directed the implementation of all required GDPR changes in one of the biggest Croatian telcos consisting of six sub-projects and three Agile teams using the Waterfall and Agile approach.

I managed the core project team of 30 people and 10 contractors across six sub-projects and three Agile teams, reporting to the leadership team. As the project advocate, I ensured all stakeholders had appropriate information regarding the project and upcoming changes.

My responsibilities included:

• Managing three different procurement processes, from the RFP specification through vendor selection
• Creating the project budget, controlling and managing it throughout the project
• Creating and managing the project scope and timeline
• Developing a risk register and actively assessing risks during the project
• Guiding the implementation and integration of two new systems for data anonymization and consent management
• Managing and coordinating system changes on more than 50 internal legacy systems
• Directing process changes for all points of the sales regarding consent collection
• Managing various security and legal procedures updates and creation

Credit Scoring Tool Implementation

Led the implementation and integration of a credit scoring tool providing real-time automatic customer score calculation for the company on all points of sales.

I managed the project from the initiation phase, guiding the business owner through the project charter creation and approval, creating the project vision, goal, business case, and high-level scope.

• Managing the RFP creation and procurement process
• Working closely with the procurement department in the vendor selection process and ensuring all stakeholders were included and informed

Implementation and Integration of SAP Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Tool

Led a project to replace legacy systems with an SAP solution for accounts receivable and accounts payable in one of the biggest Croatian telcos and performed data migration.

I managed a cross-functional team of 15 team members and more than five vendors to replace legacy systems with a new solution successfully.

Leading the project from the initiation, assisting the business in goal definition, business case creation, and charter creation, I directed the procurement process from RFP creation to vendor selection. Furthermore, I defined and managed the project's scope, timeline, and budget and reported to the higher management and the board.

Lemax Software Implementation

Led the product implementation for a multinational enterprise client within budget, timeline, and scope.

I managed the project of Lemax software implementation from the pre-sales phase through business analysis and implementation. Collaborating with the team and the client, I created the project schedule with the RACI responsibility matrix.

Also, I assisted in defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
