I managed the core project team of 30 people and 10 contractors across six sub-projects and three Agile teams, reporting to the leadership team. As the project advocate, I ensured all stakeholders had appropriate information regarding the project and upcoming changes.

My responsibilities included:

• Managing three different procurement processes, from the RFP specification through vendor selection
• Creating the project budget, controlling and managing it throughout the project
• Creating and managing the project scope and timeline
• Developing a risk register and actively assessing risks during the project
• Guiding the implementation and integration of two new systems for data anonymization and consent management
• Managing and coordinating system changes on more than 50 internal legacy systems
• Directing process changes for all points of the sales regarding consent collection
• Managing various security and legal procedures updates and creation

I managed the project from the initiation phase, guiding the business owner through the project charter creation and approval, creating the project vision, goal, business case, and high-level scope.

My key responsibilities were the following:

• Managing the RFP creation and procurement process
• Working closely with the procurement department in the vendor selection process and ensuring all stakeholders were included and informed
• Guiding a team of 20 through the planning and execution phase and project closing
• Coordinating five vendors for the new system integration into the existing system landscape
• Creating the project schedule, budget, and scope together with the team
• Actively managing the project risks and guiding the changed management process
• Reporting directly to the board and organizing regular steering meetings with the management, ensuring all project risks were assessed as soon as possible

I designed and created six half-day education sessions covering major project management topics, from basics to advanced scheduling, budgeting, scoping, risk and team management, and stakeholder management. I held training for more than 40 employees.

I managed a cross-functional team of 15 team members and more than five vendors to replace legacy systems with a new solution successfully.

Leading the project from the initiation, assisting the business in goal definition, business case creation, and charter creation, I directed the procurement process from RFP creation to vendor selection. Furthermore, I defined and managed the project's scope, timeline, and budget and reported to the higher management and the board.

I managed the project of Lemax software implementation from the pre-sales phase through business analysis and implementation. Collaborating with the team and the client, I created the project schedule with the RACI responsibility matrix.

Also, I assisted in defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. My responsibilities included creating the budget and managing it actively throughout the project, assessing project risks regularly, and setting and managing client expectations

I created the product vision, objectives, and functional specifications, including vendor selection, contracting, pricing, and business case creation.

Managing the project team of seven together with the vendor to launch the new product, I led them from the initiation through the execution and launch of the product. I directed go-to-market strategies and held education for the sales team.
