    Successfully implemented this solution in a government environment where it is known to be slow and hard to attain success.

    Spent many months onsite at the clients, building a relationship with them, guiding them on the process/technologies/ solutions and guiding the development teams on progress. The process included a change management element that I created and guided to completion with +- 40 change agents.

  • Sales Opportunity CRM Custom Solution for Global Oil and Petroleum Company
    Successful delivery of a sales opportunity custom development and completed the project within budget and a 15% gross profit.

    Led a development team from kick-off through requirements gathering to development. Ensured quality assurance and managed the UAT process through to final deployment and project sign-off.

  • Anti-Money Laundering Program Schedule for Financial Services Bank
    Created a program level project schedule for +-50 initiatives which was requested by regulatory services.

    This was a mandatory requirement by the regulatory board to ensure that the bank was set to hit the deadline for adhering to the new global anti-money laundering policies.

  • Overhaul B2B Mobile App Front End
    15 yr old complex mobile application had a complete overhaul on the UI/UX.

    The field sales mobile application was business-critical to over 3000 end users. The end user's KPIs were dependent on the app. The system was completely configurable to almost anything which complicated the front end development due to all of the rules that were required depending on the configuration on the admin portal. Regardless of the complexity, it was still implemented successfully and deployed to the customers.
