In this project, I was responsible for facilitating program increment (PI) planning sessions for two strategic project teams, each consisting of more than 80 members.

I successfully managed 7 Scrum and 4 Kanban teams with 60+ members in a Scaled Scrum Team model for an enterprise data warehouse project. Similarly, in the context of an enterprise data analytics platform project, I managed 8 Scrum teams and 5 Kanban teams with over 70 members in a Scaled Scrum Team model.

In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I also trained teams in Agile practices, promoting an Agile mindset and increasing transparency. Through ongoing counseling and coaching sessions, I have emphasized the importance of an Agile mindset and Scrum values beyond simply attending Scrum events.
